The IMC series continuous no-load stainless steel magnetic pump, developed by Shanghai Bainuo Pump Valve, incorporates magnetic pump no-liquid no-load technology, making it possible for magnetic pumps to operate without liquid under no-load conditions. This pump adopts the industry's latest technology and has successfully passed tests, achieving "no temperature rise" and "zero leakage" during no-load operation without liquid! Traditional magnetic drive pumps, when operating without liquid under no-load conditions, generate eddy current heat that burns out the pump's sliding bearing pair and magnetic steel, causing the inner rotor and isolation sleeve to scrape against each other. This leads to pump damage and medium leakage. If a chain reaction occurs with surrounding facilities and the environment, it may result in greater losses or even safety accidents.

Bainuo's no-liquid no-load magnetic pump uses corrosion-resistant rolling ceramic bearings and an isolation sleeve made of imported non-metallic materials. Combined with Bainuo's self-ventilation cooling design, it minimizes the heat generated during no-load operation, enabling the magnetic pump to achieve a true "zero temperature rise" effect even during prolonged operation.
